Refund & Return Policy — Modern Parenting Daily

Digital products — all sales are final

Modern Parenting Daily sells digital products (downloadable guides, ebooks, workbooks, planners, scripts and printables). Because these items are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and the download has been delivered or accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital download and that the sale is final.

We know that buying something you can't physically inspect first takes trust — so if anything isn't right with your file, please reach out (see below). We'll always do our best to make it right.

Damages and issues

Please check your download as soon as you receive it. If your file is defective, corrupted, won't open, is incomplete, or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away at modernparentingdaily@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — usually by re-sending the correct file or providing a working download link at no extra cost.

If you simply haven't received your download (for example, the email went to spam or the wrong email address was entered at checkout), contact us and we'll resend your access.

Non-returnable / non-refundable items

Because of their nature, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• All digital downloads and downloadable content (guides, ebooks, workbooks, planners, scripts, printables, templates).
• Sale, discounted or bundled items.
• Gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item before you purchase — we're happy to help you decide if it's right for you.

Exchanges

As our products are digital and non-returnable, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please simply place a new order for the item you want.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately, once performance has begun, where you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing a digital product from Modern Parenting Daily and accessing or downloading it immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose — see "Damages and issues" above.

Approved refunds

In the limited cases where we agree to issue a refund (for example, a defective file we are unable to fix, or a duplicate/accidental purchase we approve), we will notify you once your request has been reviewed and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at modernparentingdaily@gmail.com.
