Shipping & Delivery Policy — Modern Parenting Daily
Digital products — nothing ships
Modern Parenting Daily sells digital products only (downloadable guides, ebooks, workbooks, planners, scripts and printables). No physical items are shipped, so there are no shipping fees, carriers, tracking numbers or delivery addresses involved.
How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your purchase is delivered to you instantly and electronically:
- A download link appears on the order confirmation page right after checkout, and
- A confirmation email with your download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
In most cases delivery is immediate. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout, as this is how we deliver your files and contact you.
Didn't receive your download?
If your link or email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, please:
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- Still nothing? Contact us at modernparentingdaily@gmail.com and we'll re-send your access right away.
Downloading and saving your files
Please download and save your files promptly after purchase and keep a copy for your records. Download links may expire after a period of time. We're not responsible for files lost due to device failure, deletion, or not downloading within any applicable window — but if you have trouble, just reach out and we'll do our best to re-issue your access.
You're responsible for ensuring your device and software can open and use the files (for example, the ability to open PDFs). If you'd like to print a printable, results may vary depending on your printer, paper and settings.
International orders
Because everything is digital and delivered online, customers anywhere in the world receive their purchase the same way — instantly by download and email. There are no customs charges, import duties or delivery delays.
